These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 711ph ("711ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 711ph online gaming platform, website located at 711ph.biz, and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or policies incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including registered account holders and visitors who access the 711ph platform without registering.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and age verification, required before processing withdrawals or under other specified circumstances.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and licensing of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome on the 711ph Platform.
• "Winnings" means amounts credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.

Use of the 711ph Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 711ph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• Not a 711ph Employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of 711ph, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from maintaining a Player account or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

711ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification, age verification, and eligibility checks at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and subject to closure, with balances frozen pending investigation.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the 711ph Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 711ph may use technical means, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification, to detect duplicate accounts.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. 711ph shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

711ph is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to promptly submit any documents requested by 711ph for the purposes of KYC verification, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account registration does not automatically confer the right to place real-money wagers. 711ph may withhold full account activation pending completion of required verification steps. Bonus eligibility and withdrawal rights are contingent on satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 711ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure;
• Notify 711ph immediately through the official live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

711ph will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 711ph and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 711ph immediately.

711ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent such loss results directly from 711ph's own negligence or a security breach attributable to 711ph's systems.

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 711ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 711ph does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies for standard player accounts.

711ph accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via OTC payment), and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 711ph's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 711ph reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to reverse deposits made in violation of this policy, with associated funds held pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 711ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 711ph accepts no responsibility.

711ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Any suspicious deposit activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. 711ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement in all such investigations.

Withdrawals may only be processed once a Player has completed all required KYC verification steps. Withdrawal requests made before verification is complete will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where practicable. 711ph may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding specified threshold amounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

711ph endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in circumstances requiring additional verification. 711ph does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are published in the 711ph Payments section. 711ph reserves the right to stagger large withdrawal payments across multiple transactions. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.

711ph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") at its sole discretion. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to Bonus Funds.

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each Promotion is set out in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable time limit will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

711ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus in conjunction with prohibited betting patterns (such as low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. 711ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

Promotions are available to eligible 711ph players subject to applicable terms. 711ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Each game available on the 711ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all 711ph games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time physical game events overseen by professional dealers. 711ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Wagers accepted before a game session commences are binding. Once a wager has been confirmed and the game has begun, the wager cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents the determination of a valid outcome, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published accurately and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
• 711ph reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on markets subsequently found to be corrupted, or placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any 711ph game or platform feature;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 711ph staff, support agents, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

All content on the 711ph Platform, including but not limited to the 711ph name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of 711ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 711ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 711ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunctions beyond 711ph's reasonable control;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with your deposits or withdrawals;
• Losses arising from your decision to continue gaming despite access to responsible gaming tools.

711ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits 711ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

711ph is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. 711ph acknowledges that gambling, while intended as entertainment, can become problematic for a minority of players, and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits per session or per day to control gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders and automatic session timeouts to manage playing time.
• Cool-Down Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which the Account will be inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 711ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the 711ph support team and take effect within 24 hours of request confirmation.

All players are strongly encouraged to play responsibly. 711ph reminds all players that gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing financial, personal, or family difficulties, please seek help immediately.

711ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time;
• Activity on the Account that 711ph reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure;
• Extended inactivity, in accordance with the dormant account policy published in the 711ph Help Centre.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or illegal activity, any remaining verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your 711ph Account at any time by contacting the 711ph support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, please request self-exclusion explicitly.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the 711ph Platform, or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 711ph, you agree to first contact 711ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or bonus application, 711ph's decision shall be final after internal review, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation.

711ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 711ph will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players through in-platform notifications or email to the address on file. Minor changes, such as clarifications or typographical corrections, may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 711ph Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
